If you are not satisfied with any part of the care or service you receive in the Rotunda, please speak with the person in charge of the area and tell them of your concern.

If this does not resolve the issue or if you were unable to speak with the person in charge, you can contact our Quality and Patient Safety Manager.

Things to know about making a complaint

If you are making a complaint on behalf of somebody else, we will need their consent before we can share any confidential information with you. We will not keep your complaint with your other information or records and only the staff involved in responding to your complaint will be aware of the complaint.
